Exhibition Facilities: Standard exhibition stand or size specified thereof, Shell scheme stall will include rear and a sidewall partition, carpet, one table, two chairs, one 5/15amp. Power point, four spotlights, fascia name and one waste paper basket Bare space stalls, covering with platform base only will be provided. |

• 10% additional premium for Corner (2 Side Open) Stalls
• Service tax @ 12.24% & other applicable taxes will be levies as actual on Total Bill
• Payment Terms. 100% of the participation fees is to be forwarded to organizers along with the request form duly filled in.
• All Cheque /DD should be made payable to “Aavishkar Media Pvt. Ltd.” payable at New Delhi, India.
PS: All measurements and exhibits space layout shown on the floor plan are as accurate as possible, but organizers reserves the right to make such modification and change assignments as may be necessary to adjust the floor plan at anytime to meet the needs of the organizers, Exhibitors & the Exhibit.
