ABP Ananda, India’s leading Bengali News Channel, has completed the 16th edition of its most popular event, ‘Sera Bangali – 2022.’

The event honored ten outstanding Bengali personalities whose achievements were recognized on a global scale.

‘Sera Bangali’ by ABP Ananda outlines the standards of excellence established by Bengalis in a variety of fields, including literature, science, film, music, business, sports, and industry, among others, the channel said in a statement.

The recipients of the 2022 Sera Bengali Award are as follows:

3. MUSIC – Usha Uthup
4. LITERATURE – Pracheta Gupta
5. SPORTS – Piyali Basak

8. SCIENCE – Parthasarathi Ghose
9. LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD – Madhabi Mukhopadhyay
10. SERAR SERA SAMMAN- Manishankar Mukhopadhyay
