Zee Bangla, a leading Bengali entertainment channel, will air the 10th edition of its iconic quiz show, ‘Dadagiri Unlimited’.

The show will feature cricket legend Sourav Ganguly as host and renowned filmmaker Avijit Sen making his directorial debut.

‘Dadagiri Unlimited’ has been a cultural phenomenon in Bengal since its inception, and this season promises to take excitement to new heights. The tagline for this year is ‘Bangali Lorey, Bangali Gorey, Bangali Aajo Dadagiri Korey’.

‘Dadagiri Unlimited’ S10 introduces a new approach to the show, featuring an open grand audition every month and WhatsApp registration for auditions.

The ‘Pocket Audition’ concept is introduced, reaching all districts and forming dedicated teams to scout talent. The initiative, Schooley Schooley Dadagiri, engages with 250 schools across Bengal, led by quiz experts from each district. The winners from these schools will participate in the Rest Of Bengal Zone for the first time, with six participants playing from the podium. The remaining 18 districts will be represented by school students, senior citizens, office goers, and ladies’ forums in each episode. Each district will play for their district and earn scores, UNI reported from Kolkatta.

‘Dadagiri Unlimited’ S10 features six rounds including Toss, Powerplay, Cover Drive, Googly, Bapi Bari Jaa, and Step Out. A Super Over option is introduced, allowing participants to double their score in a specific round. This can only be used once and must be chosen before the start of the round. The participant’s podium will be lit differently when they choose this option.

The Dadadiri Unlimited Season 10 will feature audio-visual questions related to Bengal and achievements by Bengali individuals in every episode. Live options, including musical performances, have been introduced. Initial episodes will feature Zee Bangla fiction artists like Jagadhatri, Neem Phooler Modhu, and Ranga Bou, while various personalities from Bengal with interesting life stories will participate.

Dadagiri Unlimited, a popular Bengali TV show with over 650 episodes, has become a household name. The show’s wistful hosts keep audiences engaged. Season 10 promises an unforgettable journey of knowledge, passion, and fun. Starting October 6, 2023, Dadagiri can be watched exclusively on Zee Bangla, every Friday and Saturday at 9:30 pm.
