ET NOW and ET NOW Swadesh, business news channels in English and Hindi, respectively, will celebrate ‘BSE Day’ on April 19.
The commemoration of the BSE Day will kick off with the ceremonial market opening, featuring Nikunj Dalmia, Editor-in-Chief of ET NOW & ET NOW Swadesh; BSE MD & CEO Sundararaman Ramamurthy; Keki Mistry, VC & CEO of HDFC Ltd and Hemendra Kothari, Investment Banker, DSP Group, ringing the opening bell from the floors of the Bombay Stock Exchange, the news channels said in a joint press release.
This symbolic gesture, which, the statement said, marks the dawn of a new era in financial excellence, will be broadcast live on both ET NOW and ET NOW Swadesh.
‘BSE Day’ will offer a series of expert-led discussions and panels, delving into pressing trends and forecasting potential economic shifts. Sundararaman Ramamurthy, BSE’s visionary MD & CEO, along with distinguished experts, will analyse market dynamics and nascent opportunities, guiding investment decisions and economic visions.
The discussions will provide strategic insights into prevailing market dynamics and opportunities. Industry luminaries and BSE’s sector leaders will also share anecdotes from their time at BSE.
Towards the end of the trading day, , the channels will host a live interaction with Kamala Kantharaj, Chief Regulatory Officer of BSE, who will share insights and experiences of market dynamics. The event will culminate with her ringing the closing bell at 3.30 pm.
