Prime Video has launched Channel K, a premium Korean entertainment channel by Interactive Media Mix, Inc. (IMX), as an add-on subscription in India. Designed to cater to the growing demand for Korean content, Channel K offers an extensive range of popular dramas, movies, K-pop concerts, and reality shows, marking a significant step in expanding the Hallyu wave in the country.
Channel K’s offerings include:
• Popular Dramas: Summer Strike and Personal Taste.
• Acclaimed Movies: Joint Security Area (JSA), The Battle: Roar to Victory, and Our Season.

Channel K is available as an add-on subscription for INR 79 per month, with a limited-time introductory price of INR 1 for the first month. This special offer ends on December 5, 2024, at 12 noon.
Gaurav Bhasin, head of marketplace (add-on subscriptions and movie rentals) at Prime Video, emphasized the rising popularity of Korean content in India, citing successful series like Marry My Husband and Jinny’s Kitchen. “The addition of Channel K deepens our commitment to offering diverse international content,” he said.
