ABP Group, a renowned media conglomerate, has officially announced the appointment of Yash Mehta as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the education division of Ananda Publishers, the esteemed publishing arm of the group.

Mehta, a seasoned professional in the education sector, brings with him a stellar track record, unique expertise, and robust skills, poised to lead the organization in establishing a significant presence in the country’s educational landscape.

Based in Delhi, Yash will assume responsibility for overseeing all educational entities within the ABP Group.

Mehta’s professional journey is marked by a diverse and illustrious background in the education industry. Before joining the ABP Group, he held the position of Executive Director at Oxford University Press (OUP) for an impressive five years, where he played a pivotal role in driving substantial growth for the University Press.

Before that, he served as the country lead at Macmillan Education India, where he spearheaded Macmillan’s education business in India and neighboring markets, including Sri Lanka, Bhutan, the Middle East, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Yash Mehta’s career reflects extensive experience and leadership in the education sector.

Yash Mehta, a management graduate with over twenty-five years of professional experience spanning diverse sectors such as banking, telecom, real estate, financial services, and education, has also served as the Joint Secretary at the Association of Publishers in India (API) for two consecutive terms.
