CNBC-TV18 has partnered with PwC India for a one-of-a-kind initiative called ‘CEO Dialogues’ aimed at bringing together top industry leaders and visionaries to share their valuable insights and perspectives on India’s business landscape, with a focus on the various challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the future.

This forward-thinking collaboration between CNBC-TV18 and PwC demonstrates a commitment to fostering informed discussions and providing industry stakeholders with actionable knowledge.

Four-panel discussions will take place under the umbrella of ‘CEO Dialogues’, each centered on a specific sector to inspire change. To continue its efforts to spark meaningful conversation, the discussions will focus on four sectors: retail, banking, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals, providing a comprehensive overview of the current landscape and prospects for these industries, the company said in a statement.

The inaugural panel discussion had notable retail industry figures Anuj Poddar, MD & CEO of Bajaj Electricals; Vineet Gautam, CEO of Bestseller India; Ambareesh Murty, Founder of Pepperfry; Manish Taneja, Co-Founder & CEO of Purplle.com; Satyen Momaya, CEO of Celio Future Fashion and Geetika Mehta, MD of Hershey India in discussion with Sanjeev Krishan, Chairperson, PwC in India and Ravi Kapoor, Retail & Consumer Sector Leader at PwC India who shared their valuable insights into the retail and consumer industry’s challenges and opportunities it holds in the future.

The panel discussion was telecast on June 10 on CNBC-TV18.

The second panel on the Banking sector, themed ‘Banking: Paving the way for a New India’ had stalwarts like Sanjeev Krishan, Chairperson, PwC in India; Zarin Daruwala, Cluster CEO- India & South Asia, Standard Chartered Bank; Govind Singh, MD & CEO, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank; Rajiv Sabharwal, MD & CEO, Tata Capital; Ashwini Kumar Tewari, MD, State Bank of India; J Venkatramu, MD & CEO, India Post Payments Bank; Prashant Kumar, MD & CEO, YES Bank; Kaushik Shaparia, CEO and Deutsche Bank Group India.

Gayathri Parthasarathy, PwC India FS Sector Leader & Global FS Technology Leader, discussed the trends, innovations, and strategies that will shape the future of banking services in India with the panelists. The event happened in Mumbai on June 8 and the panel discussion is scheduled to be televised in the last week of June.

The other panels will see insightful discussions on manufacturing and pharma, respectively. All the panel discussions will be moderated by CNBC-TV18’s Managing Editor Shereen Bhan.
