The Walt Disney Company has announced the promotion of Alexia Quadrani to the position of Executive Vice President, Investor Relations.
Quadrani, who previously served as Disney‘s Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, will now take on an expanded role as the company’s primary liaison with the global investment community.
According to a press note, in her new position, Quadrani will continue to offer valuable insights and guidance to Disney’s senior management team. Her responsibilities include strengthening relationships with investment analysts from both the sell-side and buy-side, as well as industry analysts and investors worldwide.
She will also provide input on the company’s financial reporting activities, oversee stock share administration, and engage with the governance community and investors focused on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters.
Before joining Disney last year, Quadrani held the position of Managing Director and Senior Analyst in U.S. Media Equity Research at J.P. Morgan for an impressive 14 years.
Her coverage spanned entertainment, advertising, and video game stocks. Her journey with J.P. Morgan began in 2008 after the merger with Bear Stearns, where she had been serving as Senior Managing Director since 1997. With over 20 years as an Institutional Investor-ranked analyst, Quadrani brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
Quadrani boasts an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and she also holds a BS from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. With her extensive expertise and background in the financial industry, Disney is confident in her ability to excel in her new position as Executive Vice President, Investor Relations.
