Disney celebrates 85 years of marvel storytelling with a new brand spot

The Walt Disney Company has unveiled a new brand spot celebrating 85 years of Marvel storytelling. This special tribute takes fans on a journey through Marvel’s rich history, showcasing the legendary moments that have defined its legacy and offering a sneak peek at what’s to come with new clips from upcoming projects.

Earlier this month, at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event presented by Visa®, Marvel premiered the heartwarming brand spot, commemorating 85 years of groundbreaking storytelling across comics, movies, games, and more. From the creation of iconic characters like the Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man, Marvel has captivated audiences worldwide, becoming a cultural phenomenon that spans generations.

The brand spot features a compilation of some of the most memorable Marvel moments, from the legendary line ‘I am Iron Man’ to the epic rallying cry ‘Avengers Assemble.’ It also includes archival footage of the beloved Stan Lee, the visionary behind Marvel’s rise to prominence, and Kevin Feige, Producer and President of Marvel Studios, along with stars like Disney Legend Angela Bassett and fan-favorite Tom Hiddleston, who have brought Marvel’s heroes to life on screen.

Interspersed with these highlights are scenes from upcoming projects, giving fans a glimpse of what’s next for the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The brand spot includes first looks at highly anticipated films and series such as:

  • Red Hulk in Captain America: Brave New World
  • Daredevil: Born Again
  • Ironheart
  • Thunderbolts
