As per a press release, Dalal underscored the need to tackle the pressing issue of skilled labor in the real estate sector, calling on developers to invest in training programs. He praised the successful collaboration between government and private sectors in Gurugram, which aligns with the Prime Minister’s vision for India’s development by 2047. Dalal also lauded initiatives like the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Act for enhancing transparency and accountability in the sector.
