Havas CX, the global customer experience network of Havas Group, has announced its strategic expansion into Southeast Asia with the launch of its new Singapore hub. This development strengthens Havas CX’s regional presence, connecting its robust customer experience network across 18 global hubs, including London, Paris, New York, and Mumbai.
The Singapore hub will integrate the UI/UX and experience design expertise of Think Design with Ekino’s digital transformation capabilities, which has operated in Singapore since 2017. Rana Barua, Group CEO for Havas India, Southeast, and North Asia, commented, “Expanding our CX capabilities in Southeast Asia with Singapore as the strategic hub aligns with our broader Converged growth strategy.”
This expansion marks a step forward in Havas CX’s mission to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. The Singapore hub will focus on integrating creativity, design, and technology to enhance brand experiences. Think Design will collaborate closely with BLKJ Havas and Ekino, under the joint leadership of Deepali Saini, CEO of Think Design, and Rowena Bhagchandani, CEO of BLKJ Havas. Both leaders will continue reporting to Rana Barua.
