The storyline of ‘Boo’ revolves around four young women in their twenties who decide to mark Halloween night by delving into a spine-tinglingly spooky book. However, as they immerse themselves in the eerie tales, the lines between fiction and reality blur, and they are unwillingly drawn into each story. The protagonist, Kaira (Rakul Preet Singh), is a fun-loving girl who yearns to celebrate Halloween and invites her friends Rithu (Aayira), Aruna, and Kavya (Vidyullekha Raman) to join her.

During the Halloween Party, a sudden power outage adds to the mysterious ambiance. To pass the time, Kaira introduces a creepy novel, warning her friends about its deceased author. As they progress through the chapters, strange sounds surround them, escalating their fear and confusion. Eventually, they encounter a story about a paranormal scientist named Akash (Vishwak Sen) and his girlfriend Meera (Reba Monica John). To their astonishment, they realize that the stories they are reading are inexplicably connected to their own lives. What unfolds when they make this eerie discovery?
