India Today Group, a leading media conglomerate, has announced the launch of its newest digital-first channel, Chhattisgarh Tak.
The channel aims to bolster its online presence and provide comprehensive news coverage of the state through its YouTube channel (Youtube/ChhattisgarhTakOfficial) and dedicated website, www.chhattisgarhtak.in.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Chhattisgarh’s Chief Minister, Bhupesh Bhagel.
Chhattisgarh Tak is set to offer a diverse range of regional websites, comprising YouTube channels and websites, catering specifically to Chhattisgarh.
The YouTube channel will feature an array of videos and shorts, while the website will provide an extensive collection of news articles, videos, and web stories.
Milind Khandekar, Managing Editor of Tak Channels, expressed the underlying motive behind the launch, stating, “Our aim is to provide focused and unbiased news reporting, covering not only local news but also hyper-local news from Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh Tak seeks to meet the growing demand for reliable and up-to-date news content in the digital space.”
Vivek Gaur, CEO, Tak channels and The Lallantop, India Today Group, said, “We had more than 347 million page views and 1.7 billion video views on YouTube in the last quarter alone.
