His spirit was evident even in the face of illness. On November 21,2024, industry friends gathered to celebrate his birthday and provide him with moments of happiness during a difficult time. However, despite his best efforts to fight through the challenges, he passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025.

Remembered by friends and colleagues for his sharp mind, quick wit, and creative approach to the cable TV industry, Rajeshwar was also known for his ability to bring people together. His popular CableAnand Ashram served as a gathering place for industry peers, and his kindness and efforts to build strong, lasting relationships left a profound impact on all who met him.
