HBO‘s hit dark comedy series, ‘White Lotus,’ is gearing up for its third season with an impressive lineup of talent. Actors Leslie Bibb, Jason Isaacs, and Michelle Monaghan are set to join the cast of the Mike White-created show. Alongside them, Dom Hetrakul, Parker Posey, and Tayme Thapthimthong will also feature in this upcoming installment.
The series, known for its exploration of the dynamics between guests and staff at the fictional White Lotus resort chain, has previously been set in Hawaii for its first season and Sicily for the second, PTI reported.
Natasha Rothwell, known for her role as spa manager Belinda Lindsey in the show’s inaugural season, will reprise her character in this third chapter.
Production for the new season is scheduled to commence in February, with filming locations spanning Koh Samui, Phuket, and Bangkok in Thailand. HBO has expressed excitement about partnering with the Tourism Authority of Thailand to showcase the country’s beauty while bringing Mike White’s creative vision to life.
Janet Graham Borba, Executive Vice President of Production at HBO & Max, expressed enthusiasm about highlighting Thailand’s offerings as the narrative unfolds in another White Lotus property.
Mike White, the show’s creator, writer, and director, leads the production team alongside executive producers David Bernad and Mark Kamine.
