Moj, a homegrown short video platform, announced on Monday that it is collaborating with Dolby Laboratories, a leader in immersive entertainment experiences, to bring Dolby Vision HDR to its community.
Users will be able to capture Dolby Vision videos from compatible iOS or Android devices, upload them to the Dolby Vision-enabled Moj App, and share them with a larger audience.
“By partnering with Dolby Vision, Moj enables creators to share richer stories and experiences, aided by cutting-edge innovation and advanced technology.” Viewers benefit from a more immersive and enhanced viewing experience,” said Setal Patel, Moj’s Director of Product, in a statement.
With Dolby Vision, Moj creators can ensure that their videos evoke a profound sense of realism, immersing viewers in an experience that feels incredibly lifelike and real, IANS reported from Mumbai.
“It’s exciting to know that Moj creators and consumers will now be able to shoot videos that capture all of the details and textures with the incredible resolution and image quality of Dolby Vision,” said Karan Grover, Sr. Director Commercial Partnerships — IMEA (India, Middle East, and Africa) at Dolby Laboratories, in a statement.
Furthermore, the company stated that when available, Dolby Vision will significantly improve the viewing experience on the platform.
