Network18, India’s largest media conglomerate, has solidified its position as the nation’s leading digital news network, surpassing 325 million followers across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Snapchat, and WhatsApp. With content delivered in English, Hindi, and over 13 regional languages through brands such as CNN-News18, CNBC-TV18, News18 India, and Firstpost, Network18 leads the industry in digital news distribution.
The network’s performance on YouTube has been exceptional, with 19 billion views and 822 million hours of content consumed in the first half of 2024. Twelve of its YouTube channels hold top positions in their categories. Its strong presence on WhatsApp Channels, with over 47 million followers, has also fueled its rapid digital growth, the news network said in a press statement.
