Panelists Jitendra Bopale (Director, Town Planning, MSRDC), Shahjirao Anandrao Patil (Partner, S M Developers), and Ateeque Khot (Director, Aashiyana Dream Homes Pvt. Ltd.) shared their perspectives on streamlining policy execution and creating a more investor-friendly regulatory environment. The discussion focused on the importance of a transparent and efficient framework that facilitates real estate development while ensuring compliance with urban planning regulations.
