The Nickelodeon franchise takes pride in leading the kids’ entertainment sector as the most favoured and No. 1 kids’ entertainment destination in India for 4 consecutive years by successfully identifying white spaces with a comprehensive content library of genre-defining IPs and innovations.
The pioneering kids‘ network continues to rule the roost, with Nick and Sonic offering the highest reach in the kid’s category with over 29 million and 24 million in FY22-23, respectively.
The sole alien show in the kids’ category, ‘Abhimanyu Ki Alien Family,’ is a sci-fi comedy series focused on the alien Abhimanyu and his crew of three, who start on a mission to learn about Earth’s distinct cultures and ways of life. The alien team confronts difficulties in the series as they strive to blend in with humans in their human shape, make friends, conceal their identity, and overcome adverse conditions and threats.
On the other hand, ‘Kanha – Morpankh Samrat,’is an enthralling mythological series that narrates the exploits of young Krishna and his renowned tales, highlighting his journey as a son, warrior, hero, friend, and bringing to life his playful and mischievous antics.
The campaign will begin with ‘Abhimanyu Ki Alien Family’ marketing and will include innovative and imaginative advertising across platforms. The channel will assure deeper engagement through in-cinema advertising and the rollout of adverts on Connected TVs. In addition, to generate maximum enthusiasm, the channel will organise screenings and van activations in key metros. A strong multi-screen and multi-touchpoint marketing approach spanning network strength will be deployed for the launch, attracting equal attention from businesses and children.
While popular influencers will promote engagement and dance challenges, Nickelodeon will introduce characters and show-themed games on its website, Instagram, JioTV STB, and smartphones. Taking the whole marketing campaign a step further, Nickelodeon will collaborate with several high-street F&B firms to create interesting kid-friendly pairings.
