Prime Minister Narendra Modi will headline the News18 Rising Bharat Summit 2025 as the Chief Guest and keynote speaker, setting the stage for a landmark event focused on empowering India’s youth. Scheduled for April 8 and 9 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, the summit will explore how the country’s 420 million young minds can drive innovation and realize the vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
Under the theme ‘Youthful Aspirations: Dream Big, Achieve More, Rise Together,’ the two-day event, organized by Network18, promises to be a melting pot of ideas, innovation, and action. With over 100 speakers across 75 sessions, the summit will feature a vibrant mix of political leaders, industry titans, tech pioneers, and cultural icons, the news network said in a press statement.
Among the political heavyweights joining PM Modi are Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Dr. S. Jaishankar, Piyush Goyal, Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hardeep Singh Puri, and Devendra Fadnavis. Their collective insights are expected to fuel critical conversations around policy frameworks, governance strategies, and a youth-driven future for India.
Adding an international perspective, renowned figures such as Jeffrey D. They will be joined by leaders from Israel, Maldives, and Sri Lanka, offering a global view on innovation, leadership, and economic resilience.
The business and technology panels will see participation from luminaries like Irina Ghose (MD, Microsoft India), Vivek Wadhwa (CEO, Vionix Biosciences), Jay Kotak (Kotak Mahindra Bank), and Ashish Chauhan (MD & CEO, NSE), who will share their entrepreneurial journeys and inspire India’s next generation of leaders.
Young prodigies such as Aaryan Shukla, the 14-year-old ‘Human Calculator,’ and Vishvaa Rajakumar, Memory League World Champion, will also showcase the untapped potential of India’s youth.
Adding a cultural flavor, sports legends like Vijay Amritraj, Abhinav Bindra, and artists like Kavita Krishnamurthy, L. Subramaniam, and Suhani Shah are set to mesmerize audiences with their performances and insights.
In a groundbreaking initiative, the summit will unveil ‘Samadhan’—youth-driven proposals from premier institutions across India, addressing challenges like urban congestion, air pollution, river rejuvenation, education reform, and sustainable waste management. Prime Minister Modi himself will interact with the young visionaries behind these proposals, highlighting the government’s commitment to fostering youth-led innovation.
