Prime Video releases ‘The Mehta Boys’ music album

Prime Video has unveiled the much-anticipated music album of its upcoming Original film ‘The Mehta Boys’, delivering an emotional blend of melodies that celebrate family, love, and life.

With its heartfelt compositions, the album encapsulates the essence of the film, offering listeners a soothing journey through its soulful tunes, the platform said in a press release.

Directed by veteran actor Boman Irani, ‘The Mehta Boys marks his directorial debut and tells the poignant story of a father-son relationship. Adding depth to the narrative, the album features three beautifully crafted tracks:

The first, ‘Jee Lu Main’, composed by Jishnu Guha and Raghav Meattle, is a feel-good anthem about embracing life’s joys. Sung by Ankit Dayal and Jishnu Guha, the track combines uplifting beats with meaningful lyrics by Raghav Meattle, making it perfect for moments of inspiration.

The second track, ‘The Mother’s Song’, is a soulful tribute to motherhood. Composed by Ibarisha Lyngdoh, Keviseno Terhuja, and Riewbankit Lyndem, and performed by the Shillong Chamber Choir, the song’s heartfelt lyrics by Bhargav Purohit offer a deeply emotional experience.

Finally, ‘I’ll See You In The Morning’, composed by Gulraj Singh and sung by Siddharth Basrur, delivers an inspiring message of hope. Its lyrics, penned by Manoj Yadav, provide solace and positivity, making it an uplifting addition to the album.

The music album is a collaboration of some of the most talented artists in the industry, including the Shillong Chamber Choir, known for their melodious harmonies, and , whose vocals add emotional gravitas. Together, they have created a soundtrack that promises to resonate with listeners long after the credits roll.

The story revolves around life’s bittersweet moments, showcasing the dynamics of family relationships with a touch of humour and profound depth. Irani’s directorial debut has been eagerly awaited, especially with such an illustrious team behind the camera.
