In a groundbreaking move for the Indian cinema experience, PVR INOX, the country’s premier cinema exhibitor, has unveiled its premium ICE THEATERS® auditorium at the 12-screen Superplex located in Forum South Bengaluru, Kanakapura Road.

This marks the third ICE THEATERS® auditorium in India, following the successful launches in Delhi and Gurugram.

The ICE THEATERS® auditorium introduces audiences to state-of-the-art ICE IMMERSIVE® technology, offering a sensory journey like no other. LED panels adorn the sides of the auditorium, enveloping moviegoers in supplementary ambient colors and shapes, enhancing the overall movie-watching experience.

As per a press release, these dynamic panels create a captivating visual atmosphere that complements the on-screen action, providing an immersive experience for viewers. While ICE THEATERS® excels in visual excellence through 4K Projection and Real D 3D, it elevates audio playback with Dolby Atmos®.

The auditorium at PVR Superplex boasts a seating capacity of 237, comprising classic, prime, and recliner seats.

In 2023, it is set to release 20 additional titles, including highly anticipated films like “The Equalizer,” “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom,” and “Wonka.”
