‘Yaatris,’ starring Raghubir Yadav and Seema Pahwa, will hit theaters on October 6, the makers announced Tuesday.
Harish Vyas directs the family drama, which takes place in Banaras and Thailand. Jamie Lever and Anuraag Malhan also appear.
‘Yaatris’ revolves around the Sharma family, a relatable middle-class household from Mathura, according to the creators.
“They embark on an unforgettable journey, immersing themselves in a delightful blend of love, humour, and valuable life experiences.” “This heartwarming story captures the essence of unity and togetherness,” PTI reported from Mumbai.
Vyas, best known for his 2018 film “Angrezi Mein Kehte Hain,” described “Yaatris” as a heartwarming story that will resonate with middle-class experiences.
“Any film’s success is dependent on the talents of its cast, and ‘Yaatris’ is no exception.” Raghubir Yadav leads the pack, displaying his exceptional acting abilities.
“Seema Pahwa, Jamie Lever, and Anuraag Malhan add to the story with their performances, bringing their characters to life.” “The cast members’ chemistry and camaraderie add authenticity to the story, making it all the more relatable,” the director said in a statement.
Kuku Mohanka of Akion Entertainment has backed the film, which marks his production debut.
“I am confident that our first production, ‘Yaatris,’ with its heartwarming storyline and fabulous performances, will transport audiences to the era of feel-good family films made by masters like Hrishikesh Mukherjee and others,” he added.
