Sujata Samant joins Viacom18 as Colors Marathi mktng. head

Media content marketer Sujata Ajgaonkar Samant, has joined Viacom18 Media as the Marketing Head for Colors Marathi.

In a LinkedIn post, Samant announced her appointment.

In her post, Samant said, “Happy to share the news with my professional network that I have joined the Viacom18 Media Private Limited family today. Looking forward to my new role and responsibility as Marketing Head for Colors Marathi; the Brand that I have consumed so far as a viewer. Samant is a media content marketer with more than 15 years of work experience.

In a professional journey spanning a decade and a half, she has been associated with brands such as The Q, Zee TV, Zee Cinema, MOVIES NOW and Zoom.

In her most recent role as Marketing Head for QYOU Media, Samant handled a multi-brand portfolio of linear and IP-based entertainment channels (THE Q, Q Marathi, The Q Kahaniyan, and The Q Comedistaan).

Amazing and grim battle for survival. Guess it will end up in Supreme Court. All that NCLT asked Zee to do was to file a reply to Invesco petition for a EGM. Now this is getting too serious. So far Invesco has been hammered for demanding an EGM. What is Zee upto? Ofcourse my lawyer community knows better!
