NCLT approves Sapphire Media acquisition of Big 92.7 FM

The Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the resolution plan of Sapphire Media for Reliance Broadcast Network’s FM radio business, Big 92.7 FM.
