During her address, CM Rekha Gupta laid out her administration’s ambitious Triple-Engine Government model that envisions synergised efforts between Centre, State, and Corporations. She announced a Rs.1900 crore package for educational reforms alongside a Rs.700 crore allocation for slum rehabilitation, aiming to create a level playing field for all students. “Our vision is to transform Delhi into a global hub for education and opportunity,” she said, outlining infrastructural upgrades that align with future-ready learning goals.
