Zeel elevates Adil Memon as EVP- content, marketing

Zee Entertainment Enterprises (Zeel) has elevated Adil Memon as executive vice president of content and marketing.

Adil updated his new role on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Executive Vice President – Content & Marketing at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited! #zee #mena #content #entertainment #marketing.”

Memon has been associated with the company for over 14 years. He was previously vice president of content and marketing and led the content and marketing verticals in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

He is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and creating new IPs in content and marketing. Memon pioneered localizing Indian drama formats in the MENA region through co-production as Arabic originals.

He has expertise across media such as TV, print, and digital.

Amazing and grim battle for survival. Guess it will end up in Supreme Court. All that NCLT asked Zee to do was to file a reply to Invesco petition for a EGM. Now this is getting too serious. So far Invesco has been hammered for demanding an EGM. What is Zee upto? Ofcourse my lawyer community knows better!
